🚨 Road Safety Week 2024 🚨 This week, we at Bridge Case Management join thousands of communities, schools, and organizations in November to advocate for road safety. 💪 This year, BRAKE is placing road victims at the centre of Road Safety Week with the theme “After the Crash – Every Road Victim Counts.” We invite you to help us all raise awareness about the devastating effects of road crashes, advocate for the highest standards of support for road victims, and celebrate all the remarkable individuals who assist families in the aftermath of a crash. Every death and serious injury on the road is a preventable tragedy. Yet, on average, five people lose their lives every day on UK roads, and 80 suffer serious injuries (based on a 10-year average from 2014-2023*).

Thank you very much to #JanetteWynn and #StephenNeary from Active Care Group for the invite to EMG #Wonderlan ball last night, as always, it was an absolute pleasure attending and great to catch up with old, and now some new colleagues.

Two of our amazing clinical lead team have develop CM-TOM, a new therapy outcome measure, part of the work by Prof Pamela Enderby. We're immensely proud of this, and grateful for the hard work by Emma McClean and Sian Bailey. This is going to be available to the wider market, and will be useful to professionals outside of Case Management as well. #casemanagement

On World Mental Health Awareness day, I wanted to let everyone know that at Bridge, we have a dedicated team of 4 Mental Health first aiders, and have invested a lot of time and dedication into this extremely important, and let’s be honest, challenging area of support. Without supporting positive mental health and wellbeing within a busy team, who all work very passionately, for long days, in a client focused environment and often feel the weight of others worries and concerns, what would we have? #teamawareness #positivementalhealth
