We are about the start a new job with Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire at their new development in Fryston. We'll be carrying out 278 works, road, sewers and groundworks across all 78 plots on the site. We look forward to getting underway with this new job. #roadsandsewers #groundworks #278works

We are happy to announce that we have already begun working with Morro Partnerships at their development at Rolleston Drive, Arnold in Nottingham. We’ll be carrying out the groundworks and estate completions for the site.

We thought we would share something a little different that we have been working on. At our development in Trentham for Barratt Homes Manchester we have been busy constructing a new footbridge and road bridge. The footbridge has been installed and is ready for use. The road bridge is nearing completion with the main deck now poured and parapets next on the list. Thank you to our site project team and office staff, suppliers, contractors and consultants to make this happen. And of course, our very own Lee Blackwell who has been our project manager on site

Another job secured. We are pleased to announce we are about to start working on roads and sewers on a new site in Clifton, Nottingham. This will be our second site working with Avant Homes Midlands, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them. #roadsandsewers #civilengineering

We have been working with Avant Nottingham on their residential development at Asfordby Hill. Works on this site are well underway, with earthworks already completed, roads and sewers near completion and plot works commenced. #earthworths #roadsandswers #civilengineering

We have been working with Persimmon Homes Nottingham at their Gainsborough site for a number of months now. A large proportion of the roads and sewers work has been completed, and we are well underway with the associated Groundworks. #groundworks #roadsandsewers #civilengineering #earthworks

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the Buying Department. Based at our Mansfield office the successful candidate must be a strong communicator, both verbal and written and be able to convey information to suppliers as well as operators on site. Knowledge of IT packages (Microsoft Office) is a must. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyse trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Responsibilities ·       Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities ·       Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements ·       Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions Qualifications ·       Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
