What are the top five highlights from BE-ST and the zero-carbon built environment in the past month? December has seen a significant announcement on the newly proposed timeline for the Scottish Passivhaus equivalent standard. The National Retrofit Centre project team joined us for practical Passivhaus training and we have some more good news stories from across the sector. Project partner and founder Joe Miles, Atamate Building Intelligence explains how they are leading in this field as Atamate has installed sensors in the projects’ buildings to measure occupancy, air quality, temperature, humidity, and energy usage at an advanced level.
