The day focused on actionable strategies to promote social-economic inclusion within the sector. The key speakers highlighted the significance of inclusive recruitment practices that can easily be integrated into businesses that do not come at a cost. At Bute Energy we are striving towards diversifying the workforce so that the renewables sector is a place for everyone.
