Hybrid Workers Not Doing Proper Work That's a recent comment made by Lord Rose for BBC Panorama, as he claims that hybrid working is contributing to a "general decline" in the UK economy and that employees working from home aren't as productive. At Call of the Wild, we see things differently. Hybrid working has challenges, but it also offers flexibility and benefits. The real question is: how can we support teams and leaders to thrive in this new era of work? Our Hybrid Working Team Wellness Programme is designed to help leaders reconnect with their teams, identify motivation levels, and provide the right support—whether working in the office, remotely, or both. Set in the stunning Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, our programme blends behavioural assessments with in-person activities to reignite collaboration, creativity, and culture. Let’s make hybrid working work for you. At Call of the Wild, developing people is at the heart of everything we do – not just in the workplace, but in our communities too. That’s why we created the Call of the Wild Development Trust. Born from our passion for helping people grow, the Trust supports Year 6 pupils in Wales, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them the confidence and resilience to take on life’s challenges. Through our programmes, over 1,000 children have discovered their potential, preparing them for the leap to secondary school. Thanks to your support, 2.5% of every adventure goes to this mission – helping us give opportunities to those who need them most. This pledge will continue into the future, so every booking will continue to fund the amazing work of the Trust. If you’d like to do more to support the Trust, please get in touch at allison@callofthewild.co.uk. Thank you – for being part of this journey with us, we look forward to working with you in 2025! 💚 Learn more about the impact you’re making: https://lnkd.in/dXEPhtPD #Callofthewilddevelopmenttrust #PeopleDevelopment #GivingBack #CalloftheWild #LeadershipDevelopment #Wales #CommunityImpact #ThankYou
