Huge thank you to Call of the Wild Ltd and Barrie Kennard for delivering a very informative session on emotional intelligence this morning. I found it very interesting and thought evoking. I like to think that i hit areas of the 5 criteria to include motivation and empathy however there is always room for improvement and i am always looking for ways to learn and improve.
