Last week we launched our latest limited-edition coffee: the Fruit Sticker Co-Ferment 🍊 🍉 🥭 🍍 It’s a truly unique coffee and one which celebrates the fun and creative side of the coffee industry. Our Head of Coffee, Andrea Otte, selected this coffee from Jairo Arcila, a renowned producer based in Armenia, Colombia, known for his particularly interesting processing techniques. This coffee is a blend of Pink Bourbon and Castillo varietals, which have been anaerobically fermented with orange, lychee and wine yeast. They come together to create a vibrant and interesting cup with clean notes of tropical fruits and citrus.
