The price of a sack of flour rose to over £190 this month in Gaza. Read it and read it again.   Gaza has become “unfit for human survival”* with prices of essential goods soaring tens or even hundreds of times the original price.   This is in addition to: • Ongoing heavy airstrikes which have killed over 44,000 and injured over 106,000 Palestinians • Critical fuel shortages affecting transportation for humanitarian aid workers and civilians • Severely limited and blocked aid delivery with only 65 trucks entering per day (well below the 500 entering each day before 7 October 2023) • Airstrike attacks on aid workers with the total death toll now standing at 343   We cannot accept this reality for Palestinians in Gaza.   We call for an immediate #CeasefireNOW and for the UK to #StopArmingIsrael. *quote by Joyce Msuya, acting UN Under-Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs

We join the Syrian people in their unwavering hope and cautious optimism for a better future.   However, the humanitarian needs inside Syria remain enormous.
