When a client collects their cash for free at one of our participating ATMs nationwide, the system can automatically send an additional SMS text message. This feature can be used for all sorts of follow-up communication including: - providing further instructions, - directing clients to more financial guidance and support, - encouraging clients to check benefit entitlement or - embedding surveys to evaluate the social impact of the support. During October 2024, the survey results showed that 67% stated their overall experience of using Cash Perks to collect their welfare funds was 'Very Good' and 33% stated it was 'Good'.
