Project Completed ✅ We are excited to share that we have successfully completed the demolition works at 1- 2 Allum Way. This project was appointed to us for Transport for London under the Pagabo Framework, through a two stage tender. Our scope of works included, the removal of fly tipped waste, asbestos removal, and the demolition of warehouses down to slab level. Project Spotlight! We’re pleased to showcase the ongoing demolition works at Scudamore Road in Leicester 📍 The project scope includes internal soft strip, asbestos removal, and the demolition of the existing office buildings to the north. Our site team is currently making great strides with the internal soft strip, as well as removing roofing materials. Throughout the process, we are also ensuring regular waste and metal clearing on site. Site Visit 📷👷 Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a site visit for a group of students from Shrewsbury College’s College Ready course! During the visit, our director Jonathan and Senior Project Manager Mick provided insights into the operations of Cawarden and the demolition industry. They took the opportunity to showcase the various roles that make up our demolition team, as well as explain our involvement in Shropshire Council’s “Smithfield Riverside Project.” It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the next generation and share our expertise.
