Yesterday, we welcomed Educ8 Training to the Aberthaw Ace2 building for a collaborative workshop on the Future of Energy and Carbon Management. It was great to see many leaders from different industries. Our Nigel Williams LCGI Tech IOSH MIET and Matt Hodgson led a presentation on the history of Aberthaw Power Station, and the future of the site and our drive towards renewable energy. They also showed the group some memorabilia from the station before demolition began! It was a pleasure having Educ8 Training hosting an event at Ace2, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Aberthaw soon. #Education #Aberthaw #CCREnergy #Energy #Carbon #Management

National Tree Week 🍃🌍 With the commencement of National Tree Week, now more than ever we ask ourselves at CCR Energy, what does it mean to us? It's a very broad question, which can be taken in a variety of different ways, but it can be said that a clean environment, and a green planet, are key themes throughout our journey and goals. We are striving towards making Aberthaw an important site for clean, green energy in South East Wales. We have a dedicated team who immerse themselves in these values, and frequently strive to understand what they can do to continue to improve and look after the environment.
