Some of the CPS team braved the freezing North Sea to raise money for Cancer Connections during their annual Boxing Day Dip! 👏 A huge Well done to Aaron, who dressed up as a mermaid alongside his daughter (she was too cold for photos afterward!) 🧜♂️; Christina, who revealed the morning of the dip that she doesn’t know how to swim 🏊♀️; and Kelty, the fastest Christmas tree to hit the water we’ve ever seen! 🎄💨

The team came together last week to celebrate Cell Pack Christmas 2024 🎄 We enjoyed some incredible food, played games, and exchanged our Secret Santa's 🎅 Tomorrow is our last shipping day, but the team will be on hand on Monday before a well-deserved break. Reflecting on 2024, it’s been a year of incredible achievements for our team: ✨ Strengthened our position, becoming part of Addtech AB and Celltech Group 💪 Raised funds for charities through skydiving, hiking the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and participating in Relay for Life. 🎓 Welcomed new apprentices and celebrated Paul Stratford's retirement after 25 years of service. 🏆 Shortlisted for multiple awards, recognising our team's dedication and success. 💙 Focused on well-being with training, health talks, health checks, and a sleep study. 🤝 Built stronger relationships with our suppliers. 🎗️ Donated over 180 hours of volunteering time to support local charities. 🌟 Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year—our customers, suppliers, and incredible team. 🏆 Celebrating Talent and Dedication! 🏆 We’re thrilled to announce that our Marketing Manager, Aaron Adlington, has been shortlisted for Young PR, Marketing & Media Professional of the Year at the Insider Media North East Young Professionals Awards 2024! 🏆 A snapshot of Aarons Journey with us 👇 2010: As a Sixth Form student, Aaron came in to do some staff headshots. 2016: Returned as a Media Creator and Logistics Assistant, balancing creative projects with operational tasks. 2018: Transitioned into a dedicated creative role and completed a CIM Marketing course to support his development. 2020: Stepped into the role of Marketing Manager, driving the growth and integration of the Tracer Power brand.
