Next up in our Meet the Team series, it’s Steph McIntyre! ✨ Steph works as the Corporate Leisure Assistant Manager at Woburn Forest, beginning her journey at Center Parcs six years ago. In her current role, Steph plans and organise leisure activities for corporate clients, delivering team building days and activity packages to help develop communication, trust building and team building skills: ‘whether a client would like adrenaline-fuelled adventures or something calmer and creative, my job is to tailor an activity package to suit the client’s business needs.’ When asked what she most enjoys about her role, Steph said: ‘working with the client to realise their vision and building their agenda to maximise their leisure time. I love being able to spend time out in the forest with clients; seeing them enjoying themselves and having fun.’ Steph believes there really is nowhere quite like Center Parcs for business: ‘The beautiful woodland setting here at Woburn Forest allows us to create unforgettable corporate events that are accessible for all. The fantastic facilities at The Venue provide the space to accommodate conferencing needs, whilst right outside the door are hundreds of leisure activities to choose from - helping delegates to relax, engage, energise and motivate.’
