Bell Events is a venue finding agency specialising in corporate events and incentives worldwide. We offer a friendly, professional and free of charge venue finding service for corporate clients covering the UK, Europe & International. We have a real passion for hotels and venues taking time to carry out site visits, attend familiarisation trips and exhibitions, keeping up to date with industry news, refurbishments, new openings and meeting with suppliers regularly. We can also provide quotes for room dressing, entertainment, team building activities, flights, airport transfers, offsite dinners and more. We'll find the right venue, in the right location at the right price.

  • Thank you so much Natalie Coxon & Yasmin Perry for such a warm welcome yesterday at the gorgeous Cranage Hall, Cheshire - we loved our breakfast, catch up and opportunity to work from the beautiful Babbage oak paneled boardroom! Cranage Hall can accommodate a variety of events including conferences, gala dinners and team building activities - they have 28 meeting rooms in total, 151 bedrooms and 20 acres of land!     We had a fantastic Fam trip at the weekend to the beautiful and colourful capital of Portugal, Lisbon.. Hosted by the luxurious 5 star Corinthia Hotels in partnership with ECMeetings Malta & Portugal Hayley explored what Lisbon has to offer as a MICE destination Portugal is known for its charming neighbourhoods, colourful artwork and architecture, old fashioned trams, delicious fresh foods and rich history. The Corinthia offers a wide range and versatile meeting and event space options. With 518 rooms and suits, 2 bars, 2 restaurants and spa leisure facilities. The service was impeccable, with a very experienced operations team meticulously planning and flawlessly executing events. We also visited The Sud, Lisbon, a premium modern event’s space offering a wide range of spaces for grand corporate dinners, social dining and rooftop receptions. Not to mention the Palacio Nacional de Queluz.. A historical heritage event venue. We enjoyed a delicious evening dinner at the Páteo Alfacinha, hosted by Casa do Marques event catering. A quaint venue set in a typical Lisbon neighbourhood, with an outdoor courtyard to enjoy the summer sun. Enjoying a speed boat tour, Electric Tuk Tuk rides, guided food tour, coastal ride to Cascais, and a shop and stroll though the LX Factory. Lisbon truly is a beautiful city. Many thanks to Isabelle Grignola Claire ten Hacken and Sofia Amaral for a great experience.. ⛱️☀️🇵🇹🍷

    Delighted to have co-hosted a handful of our wonderful clients at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire last Thursday! ✨ We begun our afternoon clay pigeon shooting on the 500 acre estate which was great fun, and slightly competitive by the end of it!! We had a couple of hours to ourselves to catch up on emails, try out the spa & get ready for the evening in our stunning bedrooms! We met in the beautiful Library bar and served the most delicious English sparkling wine, we then visited the event spaces including the newly refurbished and spacious ballroom which can seat 110 classroom, we didn’t get chance to view the Mandeville Ballroom as there was an event taking place, but that can seat 100 banquet so it’s ideal to have 2 ballrooms to change the scene from your day meeting to evening dinner. We were treated to a delicious 3 course meal in the ‘Fox Hollow’ - the private dining room at the Wild Carrot restaurant which is very elegant and spacious. We finished the evening with a cocktail (or two!!) in the Wild Carrot bar which has a fantastic atmosphere, before retreating to our beautiful bedrooms. The Four Seasons Hampshire has a total of 132 bedrooms so it’s ideal for exclusive use events, especially so many beautiful spaces to utilise. Named the World's Best Incentive Hotel, it features world-class conference spaces and customisable event venues, perfect for corporate events or incentive trips Hayley met with a huge selection of valuable venues and suppliers, making some great new connections, ideal for our clients.. a special thanks to Joanne Kelynack Rebecca Brown (née Thomas) and Martina Fuhrer for the laughs and giggles. Afternoon activities included a pasta and Italian dessert master class, paddle boarding, wine tasting and walks around the ancient ruins, just to name a few.   • Hayley and her family enjoyed a fantastic FAM trip to the hidden gem that is the Mercure Cardiff North Hotel. Located just outside Cardiff City Centre, Mercure Cardiff North is ideal for Business and Leisure.. With 11 flexible meeting rooms. Perfect for conferences, meetings and private functions for up to 150 guests. There is plenty of onsite parking and outside space to host your own team building activities. All the staff were amazing and could not do enough to ensure we had the perfect stay. Part of the stay included tickets to attend the DEPOT at Cardiff Castle. Where we enjoyed watching Ann Marie and Tom Waker.   • Our second post of today highlights the fabulous lifestyle hotel that is Canopy by Hilton London City Hotel. Laura and Hayley were invited to attend Canopy’s exclusive Summer Brunch event taking place on the hotel’s 11th floor rooftop terrace venue Florattica.. We took the opportunity to invite some of our very own clients, to enjoy the stunning views and sunshine. It was great to catch up with some new and existing clients and show them some of the amazing spaces Canopy has to offer. We were lucky enough to stay overnight in one of their 340 stylish and extremely comfortable bedrooms. There is also The Retreat - a quiet space for guests to relax and a fitness centre. The events spaces are fantastic and very flexible. St Clare Coffee Bar and Penny Squares offer a private or semi private function space for standing receptions and evening dinners. Dunstans Den is a naturally lit space, designed for all day meetings and private dining. With its own pre function and refreshments area. Floraticca is a hidden oasis high above the fast paced city below. It can be hired for exclusive use for 200 guests in standing reception. Or 70 guests in a semi private VIP area. Available for breakfast meetings, afternoon and evening events. The skyline views across St Paul’s are stunning.   • We have just returned from a great few days in the very hot and sunny London. We packed in an array of site visits, starting at the newly refurbished Hilton Hotels & Resorts Park Lane. Along with their stunning huge ballroom, they also have 15 other flexible meeting spaces. We got to enjoy a delicious lunch in their Park Corner Brasserie. Special thanks to Cindy for showing us around the venue. Next, we headed over to The Langham, a 5 star luxury hotel, tucked away in the West End. Their private dining options are stunning. From Private Dining by Roux, to afternoon tea in Palm Court, not to mention the quintessential British Tavern the Wigmore and Mimosa.. Max Simpkins it was great to catch up with you. Next, we dropped by at the Los Mochis. A brand new rooftop venue located in London City. Available for full exclusive use for up to 470 seated or 660 standing. As well as intimate private dining experience for up to 22 guests. They provide a relaxed atmosphere, that blends the rich flavours of Mexico and Japan. We then checked into our fabulous hotel for the evening. Canopy by Hilton London City Hotel (more of that to come later) 😀 We finished our day site visiting the stunning Tattu Restaurants London. Located a short walk from Covent Garden. They offer exclusive use for up to 160 seated or 250 standing reception. Tattu delivers a contemporary Chinese cuisine with exquisite presentation, our dining experience was just incredible and the staff were amazing.   • We’ve hosted a wonderful client lunch and site visit today with Elle G. at GAUCHO restaurants We started at Gaucho Broadgate for canapés & fizz whilst viewing their 2 private dining rooms, terraces and spacious, stylish restaurant. We then had a leisurely walk to their sister venue, M Threadneedle Street where we were treated to a delicious 3 course lunch and wines. There are multiple options here for private event spaces with a large mezzanine level which can be split, a private members club which can be hired exclusively and 2 private dining rooms - one of which can seat 40 guests on one long table. What we love most about @gauchogroup is that they are a ‘yes’ brand - they’re very flexible with what spaces can be hired and don’t have lots of restrictions in place that you have with some chains / hotels!
