🎉 Celebrating a Milestone! 🎉   We celebrated a huge milestone before the New Year for a well-known member of the CTS team… Adrian Taylor, our Operations Manager (or Ade, as he’s more commonly known!), has worked for the business for 25 years!   For the last quarter of a century, Adrian has been instrumental in our move to larger premises, overseeing the addition of a second warehouse unit as our stockholding grew, and ensuring the stores run like clockwork.   We asked Ade why he’s stayed with CTS for so long, and he said:   “I’ve always said I enjoy working here, and the reason why I enjoy it so much is because of the staff! It’s all about the people that you work with, and it’s been great working with the team old and new over the years. I appreciate what you all do and how you are always there to give a helping hand. Thanks, everyone!”   As part of the celebrations, all staff members joined Adrian for a buffet lunch and a speech from Matthew Terry – in their Christmas jumpers, no less!   Congratulations, Ade!

Often when customers ask for a fuel polishing system, they are actually just looking for a system to recirculate and filter their tanks contents. This makes it crucial to identify what you or your customer’s truly need before purchase.   🔍 Key points in this article: Fuel Polishing vs Fuel Conditioning – The differences are explained helping you understand which one a fuel system design specification may be saying you need. It’s not always an either/or decision – Many fuel maintenance programmes include a fuel conditioner installed on the tank, supported by an annual fuel polishing service. Merry Christmas from all of us here at CTS! 🎄🎅 Our team will be enjoying a well-deserved break over the festive period. The office and warehouse will be closed from 5pm on Friday 20th December, and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January at 8:30am. 🚨Make sure you place your orders ASAP this week, as those dispatched on Friday will still be delivered by Monday, but any orders placed after 5pm on the 20th will be dispatched upon our return in January.🚨 Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

We ploughed through the APM Shop Open Day last week and cultivated some great conversations! 🌾 ⛽   Lauren Pointon and Charlotte Harrison were at the CTS stand, armed with goodie bags full of useful literature, helpful product information, and some freebies, ready to meet APM Supplies' agricultural customers.   Our stand showcased all our agricultural market best-sellers, including Piusi S.p.A. pump kits, GoldenRod filters, Aquafighter water absorbers, and more. We also had our B.SMART demo unit with us to demonstrate how a smart fuel management system can help agricultural businesses keep track of their fuel usage remotely and deter fuel theft.   Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat! Celebrating longevity and dedication within CTS 🎉🙏   Behind every thriving business are the dedicated employees whose passion and hard work drive its success.   Last week, we celebrated a group of employees who have been at CTS for a commendable tenure, providing the business with unwavering loyalty and industry knowledge.   To mark this momentous occasion, Matthew Terry, MD of the CTS Group, gave a speech to all employees, opening with: “We value everybody that works here at CTS, however long they’ve been here, but we have a group of people that have worked here between 10 and 20 years that we want to take a step back and recognise, and show our appreciation for. To the 6 of you, from myself and on behalf of the company, thank you for your service to the business, they are impressive milestones, and we want to recognise that and your individual achievements.“ The commendation highlighted the contributions of: Dave Hughes (19 years) Claire Green (18 years) Rob Terry (17 years) Debra Dogan (13 years) Michelle Jackson (13 years) Lauren Cordelle (10 years) Each was presented with a certificate and gift voucher before we all enjoyed a delicious buffet!   We would like to thank you all for your dedication to the business.

What's better than 11 pallets of high-quality fuel equipment? 12 pallets, of course! 🚛✨   Our warehouse team has been working hard this morning to get 12 pallets of orders packed and ready for shipment to some of our OEM and tank manufacturer customers. He’s back! 👋🥳   It was great to see Gurdeep Singh Lakhanpal again in our Birmingham office last month, for a special visit all the way from Saudi Arabia!   After catching up with the team (and introducing us all to chocolate dates!), he joined Rob Terry for some product training on the newly available Modbus version of the CTS Advanced Fuel Conditioner.   The Modbus version communicates the system's status and sends alerts to connected devices using a data communication protocol. This allows users to be alerted of fuel filter degradation and blocks, events and alarms, and the time until the next run cycle, all without being near the unit. This helps make your fuel maintenance programme simpler, whilst keeping the diesel bugs at bay.   This new version was designed after receiving feedback from the fuel industry in KSA, where many data centres requested  the Modbus output when they were sourcing new fuel conditioning equipment.
