About us
Build inclusive leaders and promote social mobility with Circl’s unique programme. Circl offers an inclusive leadership development programme using coaching skills to enable powerful conversations, promote social mobility and build more inclusive leaders capable of leading diverse teams. Our programme has been deliberately designed to create long-term behavioural change by bringing together business professionals and underrepresented young people (Future Leaders) to learn together. Professionals and Future Leaders learn together as equals to develop their listening, communication and empathy skills. It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build an inclusive culture while giving talented young people the skills they need to succeed, achieve their goals and become inclusive leaders themselves. We’ve already done amazing work with the likes of Meta, eBay, McKinsey, Trustpilot, Pepper, Depop, Landsec and Innocent.

At Circl®, our mission is to build a world where anyone, regardless of their background, can learn to lead. Two ways we elevate this mission are: - We aim to create a 'psychologically safe space' for participants of the programme and our alumni - We ensure our resources are accessible for all kinds of disabilities, and welcome any feedback to make our programme more accessible.
