We're thrilled to share our latest video showcasing the refurbishment of Scotland’s iconic 125-year-old North Bridge! Awarded via the SCAPE Scotland Civil Engineering framework, our team is expertly restoring and maintaining this historic 525-foot, Grade A-listed structure, while also enhancing access for future maintenance. Our work on the restoration of the three-arch bridge includes, structural steelwork repairs, grit blasting and repainting, repairs to the cast iron façades and partial deck replacement. We’re committed to leaving long lasting social benefits for the communities we work in. To support our commitment, our project team have collaborated with local schools, higher learning institutions, charities, and volunteer groups. To date, they have engaged approximately 1,400 people in educational activities aimed at inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in the construction industry. Check out our video and read our case study in the link below to learn more about the restoration of this iconic bridge! https://bit.ly/4akcUSr #BuildingNewFutures #ExpertEngineers #TeamSCAPE @SCAPEGroup
