Easy injection without the use of an Injection Pump!   The self-injecting device is used when the injection process has to be carried out at low injection pressure (approx.1 bar) and over a longer time period to ensure a successful result (e. g. for very fine cracks or for hollow tiles). Whether cement suspension, epoxy resin or polyurethane - the choice of fillers opens up numerous possibilities.   Some advantages of this technology are ✅ Simple working principle ✅ Easy visual monitoring of consumption ✅ Several injection devices can be used at the same time at various places ✅ Can be used overhead   🛠️ The work process? Super simple! Attach the tension springs to the respective packer, pull up the injection material with the material cylinder and place it in the cone. The injection process begins as soon as the pulling device is placed on the plunger. CK-Tech Ltd proudly supported Team HAWK and Team Flying Hawks at last weekend’s Northern Motocross Team Event that took place at Sherwood MX Park, Nottingham. The event is made up from the best riders from 8 clubs that meet annually for a team event, team HAWK entered this year for the first time. They were 3rd at the end of day one, unfortunately due to some injuries slipped to 4th overall at the end of the weekend. Well Done to all involved 😀 We wish all the injured riders a speedy recovery.

CK-Tech Ltd can supply mixers to suite every requirement !   The Desoi PowerMix AKM-70 Colloidal Mixer has been designed to mix micro-fine cements which require mixing at high speed. The unit is supplied with a powerful 1650w 110v Eiben Stock motor with an engine speed of 10,000rpm and has the capability of mixing 10lts at each time.
