Yesterday Vigilant Security launched the Safe Haven app at New Printing House Square, one of CLS Holdings plc prominent office buildings. Safe Haven App is a security operated property which offers a safe place of refuge for anyone feeling vulnerable or that requires assistance. Today, we hosted a launch event for Safe Haven at New Printing House Square. The event garnered considerable interest from occupiers, visitors and staff, who had the opportunity to discover the app's innovative features, engage with our team, and also enjoy some tasty cupcakes. We appreciate the partnerships and collaborations that bring the Safe Haven app to life. New Printing House is one of the 14 properties supported by CLS Holdings plc, who have provided considerable support to the project as one of its biggest contributors. 🌍 Happy to share the incredible volunteering efforts in the last two weeks from our CLS offices in Luxembourg, Hamburg, and London! In Luxembourg, our team collaborated with Serve the City Luxembourg a.s.b.l. to pack care bags for those experiencing homelessness, while learning about poverty in the region and the importance of volunteering. In Hamburg, we took part in a community clean-up with oclean Hamburg, collecting over 87 kg of litter and contributing a €2,200 donation to support their educational initiatives. Our London office dedicated time to the Black Prince Trust half-term club program. Team members participated in sports activities & assisted with NBA workshops, where children designed their own NBA jackets with prizes. We also engaged in the BLAM workshop, focusing on Black history and cultural understanding. Revealing the exciting plans for Debussy: transforming from office building to 57 serviced apartments. Having signed agreements with EDGAR SUITES and Nexity for the conversion of Debussy, this ambitious €12 million project is set to unfold over the next two years. Nexity, a leading French developer, has been appointed for the construction works, scheduled to begin early 2025 and conclude by the end of 2026. Edgar Suites, an innovative and successful aparthotel operator, will manage the new residence on a 12-year lease. Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of CLS, commented: "We always look to optimise the use and value of our properties, and the conversion to serviced apartments offers an excellent opportunity to convert an older office building in a growing and dynamic part of Paris.
