  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 12✨🎄 It’s the final day of our 12 days of Cnect Wales so we had to mark it with a festive get-together with our fantastic team and our board to thank them for all their hard work in 2024. We caught up over some delicious nibbles at our favourite new addition to Penarth’s high-street, Hickman’s. It’s safe to say we’re definitely feeling the Christmas spirit now.

  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 11✨🎄 If you know our Managing Director Sandra, you’ll know she’s a die-hard Cardiff City fan so can you imagine her reaction when we had a visit from David Turnball at the Cnect Wales office! As part of their celebration of 125 years as a club, David came to thank Sandra and the team for their years of support. He took time to answer some of our burning questions and sign some programmes. Thanks to David and Cardiff City Football Club for including us in your 125 supporter engagements!

  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 10✨🎄 This year, over 50 candidates gained essential skills and boosted their confidence through our free Pre-Employment Training Programme. 🎉 Funded by the Welsh Government, these courses prepare individuals for customer service roles, providing them with practical skill and guarantee them an interview for a live job. Thank you to our fantastic training partners Andrew Ashby and Ireen Lock. We look forward to hearing more success stories in 2025.

  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 9✨🎄 It was a labour of love, but we finally launched the brand new Cnect Wales website in October. The team along with the help of Chris at WebjectS worked incredibly hard to completely redesign the site to reflect our evolution as a business and we’ve had lots of fantastic feedback so far. We’ll be adding more user-friendly features to the site in the new year so keep your eyes peeled!

  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 8✨🎄 Day 8 takes us back to September, when we hosted the much-anticipated Cnect Wales Awards, a highlight of the industry calendar! 🌟 Hosted by comedian Tom Allen, the sell-out was as entertaining as it was celebratory. From exceptional individuals to forward-thinking teams, the awards showcased the innovation, dedication, and excellence that continue to shape our sector. A massive thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable evening and a special mention to our headline sponsor Jomo People. We’re already looking forward to next year’s Awards!

  • 12 Days of Cnect Wales – Day 7✨🎄 Today we’re shining a spotlight on a very special member of our team— our Training Manager Christine Allen. While Cnect Wales celebrated its 20th Anniversary this year, Christine marked an amazing 17 years with us. We are grateful for her unwavering dedication and look forward to celebrating more milestones together. Thank you Christine!
