We are a company which is into contact centre services with delivery centres based out of the United Kingdom & Asia. As a company, we are ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 certified and we operate on a 24/7 basis. We are also fully compliant to GDPR guidelines. At CogentHub we deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services in verticals such as Finance & Accounting, Telecoms & Utilities, Retail Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, Personal Care, e-Commerce amongst others. These services are voice (inbound and outbound sales, customer services, technical support, lead generation, appointment setting and Helpdesk) and non-voice (email & chat support, social media support, accounting, database management, data entry, transcription and claims procurement) delivered. Our main USP is that that our call centre is technology-enabled. The technology deployed helps agents follow complicated or easy conversational processes, whether they are verifying a customer’s identity, processing an order, providing feedback to a customer or collecting details from the customer. With few clicks of the mouse, agents play pre-recorded voice files in an accent and/or language requested by the client, securely collect data, 100% compliant, and much more. No matter what task, especially those that are repetitive and require compliance, the agents will execute these more quickly and securely.
