This year has been remarkable for CSG Recruitment Managed Services. As we come to say goodbye to 2024, I am proud to reflect on the progress we’ve made on delivering meaningful social value to our public sector shareholders, partners, and candidates. These achievements evidence our commitment to creating lasting, important change for our local communities, workforce, and partnerships. Our contingent agency, interim and permanent recruitment joint venture model is making a difference! Some highlights this year include. * Two new joint ventures went live * 71% of our hires into our local government partners were sourced locally * 120 long term unemployed were placed into meaningful work * 246 direct agency hires were converted to permanent employment providing greater job security and stability * Our network across our supply chain includes 628 small and medium-sized enterprises supporting the local economy I cannot thank our commercial, delivery, management, and support teams enough; you continue to inspire me every day with your passion and loyalty to the vision. My focus next year is to continue to positively impact others and support more councils in their desire for improving social mobility.
