Yesterday, I had the absolute privilege of hosting the Connect Yorkshire Masterclass at The Hive, our Award Winning HQ & Showroom at Ultimate (Commercial Interiors) Ltd. Standing in front of an incredible group of business leaders and entrepreneurs, sharing my journey - from the early days of Ultimate to leading a management buyout and growing the company to where it is today - was an experience I won’t forget. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, engaged, and asked such thoughtful questions. It’s events like these that remind me how valuable it is to learn from each other’s experiences, challenges, and successes. Being an Entrepreneur in Residence with Connect Yorkshire is an honour, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to this fantastic community and to be connected with Yorkshire's finest! 👌💯

Connect Yorkshire Entrepreneur in Residence Dame Julie A Kenny DBE DL , one of the Yorkshire region’s most dynamic and respected businesswomen and the champion of Wentworth Woodhouse, has died suddenly at the age of 67. https://lnkd.in/gY3nUKPW A private family funeral will be held for Dame Julie, but to enable people to share their memories of her, Dame Julie’s children Oliver, Laurence and Charlotte, husband Iain Hall and his children will be opening an online book of condolence and organising a public service to celebrate her life and achievements.
