Coultons Estate Agents are independent estate agency with offices in both North Chingford & Wood Green London who are seeking a full-time Senior sales consultant with at least one year industry experience to join their team in this busy industry. The responsibilities of the role include - • Taking enquiries via property portals regarding properties. • Identifying and discussing potential buyers needs and matching them to suitable properties. • Building strong relationships and keeping in regular contact with potential buyers and to arrange viewings for suitable properties. • Conducting viewings on properties and explaining the benefits of the property to applicants. • Providing vendors with regular feedback following viewings. • Securing offers for properties and negotiating offer terms between applicants and vendors. • Sale progression. • Canvassing for new business. • Learning the local market and carrying out valuations.
