Thank you Thinkers50 for naming our Chairman and CEO, Tarang Amin, to the inaugural #Leaders50 list. This honor celebrates 50 global leaders who are making a positive impact in the world and who look to inspire the next generation of leaders worldwide. Tarang was recognized for his purpose-driven, results-led leadership, which has transformed the company into the category leader that it is today. He was also recognized for “setting a new standard for corporate responsibility in the beauty industry, driving last impact and growth.” Leaders50 is based on clear criteria which assess leadership achievement through rigorous criteria. At the foundation, the leader’s organizational impact, economic contribution and how they are advancing social purpose is evaluated. The second level of analysis focuses on character: if the leader is a positive role model for future leaders, if the leader fosters stakeholder satisfaction and if the leader has a distinct and effective leadership style that positively influences the organization – and the final element looks to the future and ability of the leader to build a lasting legacy. Tarang's leadership drives our high performance teamwork culture, fuels our team to break boundaries and continues to show how anything is e.l.f.ing possible.🚀 Congratulations to all the inspiring leaders on this list for their bold vision and relentless drive to shape the future. From rivalries to relationships, e.l.f. has your game face covered. The only thing stickier than fandom rivalries is our Power Grip Primer (one sold every 3.5 seconds). Holy e.l.f. is right! Who says you can’t serve face and fandom?! 🏈✨ This Thanksgiving, we’re bringing BOLD beauty and BIG laughs with “eyes. lips. face. fandom.”, starring Joey King and Lucien Laviscount. In our latest campaign, Joey’s character meets Lucien’s parents - a stressful moment made even stickier with rival team face paint on. The result? A humorous, relatable story with our classic e.l.f. twist our community knows and loves. Watch Joey’s character navigate this sticky situation. Awkward? Totally. Entertaining? Would we have it any other way!? We’re showing up and bringing the fun with this surprise and delight experience with some of our community’s favorite stars. Brought to life at e.l.f. speed, this campaign went from concept to completion in just three weeks, proving once again that anything is e.l.f.ing possible! This campaign brings bold disruption with a kind heart to life. And who better to keep fans across the board sticking together than our #1 selling beauty product. Only a product like this can create a bond, sticky enough between these ‘rivals’, making everyone a winner! 🏆 Tune the e.l.f. in to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this Thursday to see the broadcast premiere of the commercial.

It was a true honor for e.l.f. to host the inaugural Power of Women's Sports Summit during the Billie Jean King Cup, a day of inspiring speakers and programming to remind an international audience of businesses, thought leaders and athletes that the strongest, boldest power comes from the collective. e.l.f. has been onsite in Malaga, Spain, to cause an e.l.f.ing racket to democratize access to the best of beauty, to wealth creation and to level playing fields in entertainment, sports, boardrooms and beyond. Our CMO, Kory Marchisotto, shared the stage with CNN International News Anchor, Christiane Amanpour, to discuss how e.l.f. strives to lift the underserved and be a champion for the underdog. Alongside Billie Jean King 🐐, Kory helped Serve Facts, shining a light on the inequalities that still plague women in sports. ✨ Women’s sports receive only 15% of sports media coverage. ✨ 84% of all sports fans are interested in women’s sports. ✨YET girls have 1.3 MILLION fewer opportunities to play high school sports than boys. ✨ Of the minority of women who make it to corporate leadership roles, 90% of them played sports when they were younger. ✨More women in leadership and board roles lead to higher ROI. Throughout the summit, one message rang loud and clear: sports hold immense power as a catalyst for societal change. With a platform where all voices are represented and heard, we can collectively open doors to opportunities that were once unimaginable. e.l.f. is investing time and resources to create a brighter future for the next generation of changemakers so when they think of what an athlete represents, they see themselves reflected on the screen and on the field. We remain steadfast in our cause to push boundaries and break down barriers to create a more equitable playing field. This is not a journey that can be walked alone. Teamwork is essential. We invite you to join us on our mission to democratize access and empower women in sports and beyond! 🏆 Together we can make the world a brighter place for every eye, lip, and face.

“Champions keep playing until they get it right” - Billie Jean King That’s why we are causing an e.l.f.ing racket at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Malaga, Spain, to celebrate empowering.legendary.females and continue our commitment to champion the underdogs and create a space to amplify their voices. e.l.f. is dedicated to democratizing access to the best of beauty and to women’s sports for every eye, lip and face. 🎾 Girls have 1.3 million fewer opportunities to play high school sports than boys have – yet more than three-fourths of working women feel that participating in sports helped their self-image. 🎾 Women’s sports receive 15% of the overall sports media coverage but are roughly 50% of the fans. What the e.l.f.? 🤯 We are here to help shape the conversation for the next generation of changemakers. In partnership with Billie Jean King Enterprises, we are bringing together 100 influential people in sports, business and entertainment for the Power of Women’s Sports Summit. Together – as a collective – we are investing in women’s sports as a strategic marketplace. Taking the stage will be Billie Jean King, Global Education Activist Malala Yousafzai, CNN Chief International Anchor, Christiane Amanpour and our very own Kory Marchisotto, among others. We’re calling on our community to tune in to two exclusive Twitch experiences on the “e.l.f. you!” channel: a fan-zone experience tomorrow, Tuesday, November 19 at 2 p.m. local and 8 a.m. ET and the Summit on Wednesday, November 20 at 9 a.m. local and 3 a.m. ET. A huge congratulations to our Chairman and CEO, Tarang Amin, for landing on Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful People in Business list! 🌟 As Fortune puts it, “People who earned places on the Most Powerful People list share a vital trait: Their words, deeds, and wealth shape what others around them think and do.” This recognition is a testament to the visionary leadership Tarang has brought to e.l.f. Beauty. Blending bold innovation with a deep commitment to our values, and approaching everything we do with positivity, inclusivity and accessibility, he not only shapes the growth of our company but also shapes culture along the way. “It's notoriously hard for a startup to disrupt the beauty giants, but that’s exactly what Tarang Amin, the CEO and chairman of e.l.f. Beauty, has done,” according to Fortune. The publication described those on the list, including Jensen Huang, Tim Cook, Mary Barra and Jeff Bezos, as sharing a vital trait: “Their words, deeds, and wealth shape what others around them think and do.” Tarang exemplifies this, and over the last 10 years, e.l.f. has notched an extraordinary 23 straight quarters of sales growth. From our latest earnings report - “We are 1 of only 6 public consumer companies – out of 546 – that has grown for 23 straight quarters and averaged at least 20 percent sales growth per quarter.” When you lead with purpose and passion, anything is e.l.f.ing possible. Thank you, Tarang, for pushing us to break boundaries and inspire every new height we soar to on our rocketship! 🚀 Congratulations to all the leaders on the list for their bold thinking and the courage it takes to bring us into the future.
