He’s had the unique opportunity to work with both Cox Powertrain and Cox Marine, witnessing the evolution of our engines from the opposed piston engine to the latest 300 and 350 V8 models. James reflects on his time at Cox: “I never imagined I’d be climbing trees for sound tests or fabricating dummies for safety drills! It’s been a wild ride filled with unexpected experiences.” He’s also proud of completing a part-time Open University Engineering degree while balancing family life and work. James’ journey is a testament to the opportunities that arise in unexpected places. Cox Marine Hosts Two-Day Conference For Key Distribution Partner Last month, Cox Marine’s highly regarded distribution partner, Singapore-based Tractors Machinery International (TMI), visited their Shoreham-by-Sea headquarters. Accompanied by two of their dealers, the eleven-strong delegation included representatives from Hexagon Distributing Corporation, TMI’s dealer in the Philippines, and Century Company Ltd, their dealer for Vietnam. Over the course of the two-day conference, hosted by Cox Marine’s Regional Director for APAC & ME, Ian Hubbard, and Commercial Operations Director, Gemma Crocker, the team met with members from across the organisation to further their knowledge of both the history and future of the business and brand – in product development, marketing, and business ambition.
