I am not one. Well, sometimes I am, but not about this. https://lnkd.in/eYz7Gewd It's easy, sadly too easy, to be a cynic. I see it such a lot and I have to check myself from getting dragged into it. Crawley Town Football Club are asking some interesting questions about their brand, identity and their place in the community. As a fan and Chair of the Crawley Town Community Foundation I naturally wanted to do this, but I was taken by the imaginative questions the survey contained. It really got me thinking. Yes, it's about football and being a fan and what you expect of the Club in that context. But it's more than football and gets into the contribution our professional football club makes and could make to our town and our community. Football and sport has the power to connect and change lives - I see that through the Foundation - and it's great to see the Club wanting to understand that better. Whether you're fan or not, if you care about Crawley and it's community and you think CTFC has a role to play in bringing people together and making the town even better, then I reckon this is 15 minutes well spent. Well done to Ben Levin and Crawley Town Football Club for embracing that and asking these important questions. #TownTeamTogether #COYR
