Cross 8 were engaged to create and implement standardised customer journeys and journey monitoring that created the foundation for this culture 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱: Developed and implemented six core customer journeys with 40 variations, fully embedding them throughout the organisation for 1,500 employees.
