Dear All, It is with a sense of great loss that I have to announce the sudden death of my fellow director, and my friend, Danesh Varma. Danesh died at his home outside London on Thursday, 8th August. Danesh was the founder of the company into which Crowd for Angels reversed and later changed its name. He has been a valued and integral part of our company. Danesh was a Chartered Account and also had many directorships and advisory roles outside our group in the financial services and fund management sectors, including at Brook Infrastructure, Brook Capital, Canadian Express and American Resources, among others. Danesh was a man of great integrity, high moral character, with a deep sense of loyalty, a true gentleman and a good friend. He will be sorely missed by his colleagues and friends, and I will miss his sage advice and long friendship. We offer our deepest sympathies, prayers and best wishes to his family. Tony De Nazareth
