The Agile Manager 🏃♂️ : What Kind of Manager are you?   Delegates from Ghana and Uganda joined Ralph Naylor for a week-long programme on Agile Management to unpack their own styles of leadership, develop powerful communication strategies and effectively deal with change. During one exercise, participants place themselves on a quadrant, from “leader” to “manager” on one axis and “people-oriented” to “task-oriented” on the other. The aim is to encourage flexibility in the way organisations view leadership and management, recognising that there are many leadership styles and that certain roles may require very different skillsets.
