We engaged with 28 local businesses across Charlton, listening to their experiences with cybercrime and sharing resources to help them stay protected. Today marks the start of the third annual Safer Business Action (SaBA) Week, a national week of action against crime involving every police force in England and Wales. As part of the initiative, police and partners will be holding Safer Business Action Days throughout the week and visiting local retailers and other businesses to understand more about the issues they are facing on a daily basis. We’ll also be out in Belmont, Greenhill, and New Malden wards to do our part in raising awareness of the risks of cybercrime to small businesses, and what they can do to help prevent it. #SaBAWeek #SmallBusinessSupport #Cybercrime
