Many thanks to the local politicians who joined us in Ballymoney on Friday to see the encouraging progress on our Piper Close development in the town centre. Alpha Housing is partnering with DLL Properties and DB Building Contracts Ltd to provide seven much-needed social homes in the town centre, including five bungalows designed for wheelchair users. The project is transforming what had been a dilapidated eyesore of a brownfield site into a valuable community asset. The £1.8M project is being supported with £1.1M capital funding from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive Social Housing Development Programme. Alpha is providing the balance of funding with the assistance of Danske Bank UK. We were pleased to be joined by the Mayor of Causeway Coast & Glens Ciaran Mc Quillan, along with Colin Crawford MLA, Timothy Gaston MLA, Philip McGuigan MLA and Councillors Jonathan McAuley & Mervyn Storey. New tenants should receive the keys to their beautiful homes by summer 2025. • We've supported our customers Moore Concrete Products Ltd with a £3.1million investment - helping the leading concrete manufacturer and supplier to build three new factories at its Ballymena headquarters. Founded by Wilbert Moore 46 years ago, Moore Concrete has been at the forefront of supplying quality precast products to the agricultural, building and civil sectors since the beginning, with a continual focus on innovation to meet customer and industry needs and development throughout the years. The investment has also supported the development of a new computer system and furthered research and development of new products and innovative projects. We're looking forward to continuing to support Wilbert and the team as they continue to grow and develop. • We’ve had an insightful few weeks at our colleague Make it My Business workshops. Facilitated by our Head of Organisational Effectiveness, Aileen McAvoy and HR Learning and Development Partner, Peter Quinn and supported by our wider HR team, over 1,100 colleagues attended 14 in-person sessions – networking, learning together and gaining invaluable insights from each other and from our different external speakers. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our wonderful customers, thank you all for sharing your unique experiences with us and for being so generous with your time and your insights.   Sinéad Lunny - Vocalis Public Speaking; Lesa Kelly and Ashleigh Mulgrave, Radius Housing; Patrick Woods, LINWOODS HEALTH FOODS; Richard Moore, Children in Crossfire; Paul McCoubrey CFP™, Navigate IFA Ltd; sandra corkin, Oasis Travel; John T. Doherty, JACE Medical; KEVIN MCNAMEE, Denroy; Annie Irwin, SUKI Tea Makers; and Victoria Robinson and David Mulligan from EXI-TITE Ltd.   Aileen said:   “Make it My Business” has been our development theme this year and our recent workshops are a core part of how we support our colleagues’ personal growth, expand thinking and focus on how we collaborate to deliver our key business and personal goals. Being curious about what’s going on both inside and outside of the bank is a really important part of that, so showcasing some of our customers was a fantastic way to investigate that curiosity together as a group.   “These sessions have also been an excellent way to connect with colleagues across the business, and to learn from different people and teams working in the bank. It’s one of the highlights of the year for us in the HR team at Danske Bank, so thanks to the team for all their support and thanks to our customers and colleagues for the stimulating and enjoyable conversations during our sessions.”   #BestPlaceToWork #MyDanskeMyBusiness #PersonalDevelopment Caroline van der Feltz FCIPD

Ever need to see your transactions, but in a spreadsheet format? We know there are times that might be the case, like if your accountant asks you. You can do this easily within District! Here’s how: First of all, select the format of the spreadsheet that you wish to use by: - Click on your name icon (Profile & Settings) at the top right of the menu bar - Click on Settings - Click on ‘Format of spreadsheet’ on the top menu bar - Just click the button beside the format you wish to use. Now you can look for the transactions you need. You may think the starting point is eArchive, where you find all your statements. But that’s not the case: - Go to ‘Accounts’ on the left hand menu and then click on ‘Account statement’ from the top menu - Select the account and filter the dates for which you need the transactions - Click ‘Search’ - Next, click on the blue link ‘To spreadsheet’ on the right hand side of the screen - this will prepare the document in the format you want.
