Held at The Beaumont Mayfair, a recently completed project by The DE Group (UK) Ltd, this presentation is an annual event to share with new starters the origins of the business, our core values and how this impacts our people, our projects and our customers. It is a key deliverable of our business to ensure consistency of approach across all group companies and help disseminate our culture to those joining the business.
