📢 ERS Applications now open! 📢 The Employer Recognition Scheme Silver and Gold applications for are now open, with Gold closing on 12 March and Silver on 23 April. The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. I didn't think I'd get the universe to align schedules but what an end to 2024. There is 'no I in team' and I want to thank everyone who has supported the armed forces, military community, veterans, cadets and spouses.
