The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. I didn't think I'd get the universe to align schedules but what an end to 2024. There is 'no I in team' and I want to thank everyone who has supported the armed forces, military community, veterans, cadets and spouses. Together we make a difference and I and my fellow VETS Inclusive Business Group board members Christopher Hills Mychal Underwood Miller Romina Ercolanoni Christina Mylona Kevin Keyes Craig Gocha, PMP Quenita Fry could not be prouder.
