From perfecting the dough to getting the crust just right, we’ve been busy cooking up something extra special. As we gear up to open the doors, we’re looking forward to serving up some incredible pizzas with our signature caramelised cheese crown that makes Detroit-style pizza so special. GOING LONG • FALL ’24 We’ve been working for months perfecting our game-changing approach to Detroit-style pizza. ‘Cos who wants a square when you can GO LONG? Each Slim is baked to order in our signature 10” rectangular pans and served fresh, hot and fast. Fluffy focaccia base, rich slow-cooked tomato sauce, and all the toppings you could dream of (we’ll tell you a bit more about those later).
