Over the last few weeks DFA Law LLP has had quite a few enquiries from companies who need to provide the UK Home Office with a solicitor's professional opinion that a TUPE transfer has resulted in a sponsored migrant needing to change employers. Often this is in relation to a service provision change when a contract ends and the incoming contractor automatically inherits the employees of the outgoing contractor. Usually it is quite a straightforward process to ascertain the facts and provide the professional opinion, so if anyone requires this service (or knows of anyone who does) please feel free to get in touch with me or DFA Law LLP for a quote.
