Mental well-being is something we all need to nurture – no matter how many hats we wear. As a mum of two, a wife, a Sales Director, a friend – I often find myself chasing after myself, trying to balance everything. The key I’ve found is making sure there’s time for me in the midst of all the busy moments. For me, that time comes at the gym. It’s my "me time" – where I can pause, breathe, and recharge. It’s where I’m not a mum, wife, or director – just me. It reminds me that caring for myself allows me to show up better in all the other roles I play. We were thrilled to host some of our valued customers recently and thankfully the weather cooperated ☀ The day kicked off with a tour of the city's historic walls, thanks to the team at Martin McCrossan City Tours, and a special shout out to our guide Rory, who brought the history of the city to life! 🏰 After finishing up with a walk across the peace bridge, we headed to the Walled City Brewery for a Beer Masterclass 🍻 and a delicious meal 🍽️ to wrap up a day filled with great company, stories, and laughter.
