After a year of collaboration and creativity, this new name and visual identity reflects the charity’s extraordinary commitment to saving lives and the unwavering support of their community. Inspired by their mission to ‘Go Above and Beyond’, this rebrand celebrates their vital, life-changing work across Wiltshire and Bath. Where it began… Curiosity Every brand story starts with asking the right questions. By uncovering their “why,” we unearthed the essence of their mission, ensuring the rebrand authentically represents their purpose. With the expertise of Kendra we crafted a tone of voice that reflects the charity’s heart and highlights their extraordinary impact. ••• We provide critical medical care by land and air, across Wiltshire and Bath. Our mission is to give people the best chance of survival. This relies on highly trained critical care paramedics and doctors supported by specialist medical equipment. Speed is our superpower. From our airbase in Semington, our helicopter can reach anywhere in Wiltshire within 11 minutes and be in the centre of Bath in just four minutes. ••• Bringing the brand to life… Clarity & Creativity We developed a unique, cohesive visual identity that tells their story with authenticity and impact. By refining and building on their legacy, we’ve created a system that’s as bold and professional as the care they provide. Having worked with many charities, I understand the importance of ensuring every touchpoint communicates their mission. Over 12 months, I collaborated closely with their team, volunteers, supporters, and patients to honour their history while propelling them into the future. Collaboration at its best… Special thanks to the talented team at Digital Wonderlab headed up by Nathan Baranowski who seamlessly brought this new brand style to life across their website.
