We were thrilled to see local companies also taking part, offering a wealth of advice and inspiration to the next generation. 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗬: 🚧 D-Drill Delivers Precision on Cardiff’s Central Quay Development 🏙️ At the Drilling and Sawing Association (DSA), we’re always proud to share the successes of our contractor members. Recently, D-Drill showcased their expertise on the Central Quay development in Cardiff, tackling the removal of 600mm from the top of a parapet wall on the eighth storey. The project was not without its challenges, requiring careful planning to avoid damage to the new glazing and cladding installed below. Thanks to their collaboration with DSA supplier members—Husqvarna and Pentruder—and the dedication of their skilled team, D-Drill completed the work seamlessly, removing 27 sections of concrete while keeping disruption to a minimum. 👏 Another fantastic example of how DSA members deliver top-tier solutions through expertise and trusted industry partnerships.
