We’d like to take the opportunity to wish all of our clients, sub contractors, suppliers and contacts, a very Merry Xmas and Happy New Year. Thank you for all of your support in what has been a successful year for DWHP. 2024 has seen us move office, expand our workforce and complete a record amount of turnover whilst taking these necessary steps. We have also said goodbye to some very highly valued members of staff, who we wish well in their new ventures. We have welcomed some new faces which we are delighted to have and are excited about our growing team going into the new year. Wishing you all the best in 2025. Thank you.

Project Progress: Teynham Parochial Church of England Primary School We are pleased to share recent drone photos showcasing the excellent progress at Teynham Parochial Church of England Primary School, where we are constructing a new two-storey building to replace the existing facilities. Significant milestones have been reached, with brickwork on the single-storey section completed to the required height and ongoing progress on the main building up to roof level. Mechanical and electrical first-fix works are advancing on both the ground and first floors, and window, glazing, and door frame installations are complete. The project is being delivered under Kent County Council's Property Construction Partnership Framework. We look forward to continuing good progress and will provide further updates on key developments soon. A well overdue work event/early Christmas celebration at Fairgame, Canary Wharf with the team last week. It’s great to step away from work once in a while and appreciate what a great team we have. There was a great show of competitiveness on show, with our Jamie Clowes taking the no.1 spot on the leaderboard. We’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for the hard work put in this year so far.

The first floor is looking good for the early phased handover at Maritime Place, Chatham. Well done to all involved to achieve this tight deadline 👏

Works have begun at Maritime House (formerly Bose House) in Kent where Logic PM is acting as the Principal Designer and Employer's Agent for the full refurbishment of all four floors for new tenants. This is one of the many jobs Logic is working on with Wilson & Partners LLP DWHP Ltd and Gilbert Stamper and Stamper. And hopefully the first of many with Ash Contracting Ltd and our Client.
