World Mental Health Day yesterday. Oof. There's always a lot of really valuable discussion about mental health around this time, and I think that's brilliant. It's so important to have these conversations out in the open. But I remember a couple of World Mental Health Days really clearly. I remember the one several years ago when I was having my own mental health crisis, precipitated by a deeply painful work situation. I remember watching colleagues wearing badges and talking about how important it was, while I was feeling so alone and helpless that I was convinced that the world would be better if I wasn't here. I remember the one just before my toddlers' second birthday, when #PMDD had suddenly appeared in my life and I felt like I was spiralling into the void for a week every month, only for it to magically vanish again. I remember thinking that it didn't count; that what was happening to me was so unimportant in the face of all the statistics we see. It can be so easy to get caught up in the general. To look at statistics, to discuss the email banners and the fundraising opportunities. But sometimes I reckon the best thing we can do for #worldmentalhealthday is what's in this video: tap the person next to you on the shoulder and say, "Hey, how are you doing? We have to keep in mind the constant pinning from Bournemouth's first attacking line as their continuous approaches in diagonal run ( in this context Evanilson) Generated a discomfort and hesitation from Maguire to cover Mainoo's pair. - Out of possession, Bournemouth remained aggressive in a high block man to man marking. Manchester United 1st #Goal #Analysis Vs Nottingham Forest : - Despite the defending in 1 on 1 by 7 players of Nottingham Forest, we can notice that there is one free Manchester United player (Ugarte) in the middle. - Because of the 3 players making the first block line, the direct pass to Ugarte was difficult. - That problem was solved by the movement of Bruno Fernandes who runs to the back to afford a passing option. - Once the ball was passed to Bruno, he passed it to the free Ugarte who had the space to control and move forward without any coverage. - we can see Nottingham Forest 5 players Back line vs. 2 players. - the CB decided to go out of that line and try to press on Ugarte.
