In today’s economic climate, mid-market companies (£50M-£500M turnover) face intense pressure to boost profitability. One often overlooked opportunity? Optimising indirect procurement using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and strategic cost reduction. Rather than simply chasing the lowest prices, TCO considers all costs throughout a product’s lifecycle—leading to smarter purchasing decisions and long-term savings. By leveraging external procurement specialists, companies can quickly identify savings, streamline supplier contracts, and drive sustainable growth. This leads to enhanced cash flow, margin improvement, and resilience in uncertain times. Read more at https://lnkd.in/epEqK5yX #Procurement #CostReduction #TCO #MidMarketGrowth #Profitability

You know, consumables, those bits that everybody needs, that really make life a little bit better for your team and your customers. They faced challenges with their supplier and wanted to ensure that they were still receiving good value. We reviewed the offering, looked at our benchmark rates and advised the client to go to market and see what could be achieved. The answer was a lot. Check out our latest case study. https://lnkd.in/dyX2Xg6y

We've recently completed a project with a UK retailer to source and implement a supplier due diligence platform. Having developed their system internally in relation to global requirements and growth we worked together to help them move on from spreadsheet driven reporting. With access to data across regions that were previously hard to research, our client is now able to gain a better picture of the risk across their supplier network and to act on this accordingly.
