If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

I spent the last 72 hours breaking down how Iman Gadzhi’s coaching business makes $30,000,000+/year with YouTube Having spoken to hundreds of founders, they all have the same problem: Lead generation. And to all of them, I recommend to build a personal brand. It’s currently the best marketing channel for any business. Here’s why: ✅ Zero ad spend needed - organic reach compounds over time ✅ Higher trust than corporate content - people buy from people ✅ Leads are pre-sold before they talk to you - content does the heavy lifting You will have high-quality leads coming your way, even when you’re sleeping. I am now sharing my COMPLETE breakdown of Iman’s system as a Christmas gift. He has used it to: → Bring in 100M+ views → Create over 500+ buyers for his various products → Scale to $30M+/year in revenue Want me to send it to you on DM? 1️⃣ Connect with me 2️⃣ Comment "SYSTEM" below (We need to be connected on LinkedIn for me to send it to you) ♻️ BONUS: Repost this and I’ll personally set aside 30 minutes to talk 1-1 and help you build a YouTube strategy for your business.

If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

We don’t throw in random Hormozi captions. No boring stock B-roll or transitions every 0.1 second. We make sure it always aligns with the client’s brand and tone. That’s why it can takes us 2+ hours to create a 30-second edit. We want to nail every little detail. And at the end of the day, it's about quality, not quantity. P.S. Check out this one we made for 3Eco 👀 Rate it on a scale of 1-10 in the comments

If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

If you skip this post, you’ll miss out on £100,000s in 2025. Here's I found after working with Airbnb, Duolingo, Burger King, Next and other brands on their YouTube video content at just 19 years old: (Knowing this stuff should be illegal) → YouTube content is currently boosting one-call close rates to 65% → It's also now driving paid-in-full rates for high-ticket offerings from 44% to 75% → And it's turns all of your cold prospects from ads and outreach into ready-to-buy clients → So all of my clients end up spending a 1/3 of their time convincing prospects to buy, because they're known and trusted. So, who does this post apply to? 1. Coaches & consultants selling high-ticket offers 2. Agency owners looking to attract better-fit clients 3. SaaS founders aiming to build trust and authority 4. Founders ready to dominate their niche with video content Listen, I know YouTube + Video can feel like a big step for most people. But I promise it's so, so worth it. So, to make it easy, I’m offering a free channel audit OR a free short-form reel, scripted and edited to get you started. Here’s how to claim it: → Comment “YOUTUBE” below + connect with me. Safe to say that this will quite literally be the separation between businesses that scale and fail in 2025.

If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

Content Creation is tough right now, especially for coaches... ...and it's not getting cheaper. Hormozi spent $4 mil last year—and the results might surprise you... Most think that more followers = more success. But Hormozi's experience tells a different story. Take his 900k TikTok followers, for example: They only drove 2.5% of his traffic. Meanwhile, Facebook—with just 150k followers—drove 10x more traffic per follower. What does this teach us? 1️⃣ Not all platforms are built for conversions. - TikTok might be great for awareness... - But it’s not ideal for selling high-ticket services. 2️⃣ Going viral ≠ making money. - Viral videos are only as good as the strategy behind them. - Consistent frameworks and proper content strategies are what actually drive results. 3️⃣ Throwing money at content without a plan is a disaster. - In 2025, it’s harder than ever to stand out. - Success requires engaging, trust-building content, not just flashy ads. People are only just realising the cost of client acquisition has skyrocketed recently... People don't trust you as much as they used to... They need guarantees, quick results and cheap fixes. Those Meta/Instagram ads + Landing-page/VSL funnel days are over.... ...Video content is quickly becoming the biggest driver of growth for most online business owners. Because it bridges the trust gap, pre-selling those people who want the flashy guarantees, quick results and cheap fixes. By ignoring content over the next few years, most coaches and business owners will be left behind. 3 takeaways for any online service-based business owner: 1. Invest in a smart content strategy sooner, rather than later. 2. Double down on platforms that actually deliver results. 3. Focus on sustainable growth, not on the flashy vanity metrics. Content soon won't just be a cost. It’ll be your greatest asset—especially when done right.

If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

This is for sure the worst and most overused CTA ever: (If you're using this in your video/written content, then stop) "DM me for more info." Stop this for 3 reasons: 1 → It’s vague and uninspiring. 2 → It doesn’t tell people what’s in it for them. 3 → It’s easy to ignore because it lacks any form of urgency. Plus, it’s said by everyone → so you end up sounding like everyone. It’s safe to remove it so replace it → with a CTA that’s clear, specific, and gives value, something like: "DM me with your biggest question about [specific topic/issue/pain point], and I’ll send you a quick free tip to help!" You end up standing out by being direct, helpful, and intentional, not vague.

If your Funnel doesn't have Trust-Building Videos you're losing Revenue.

3 Ways That Completely Fixed My Negative Thinking as a Young Entrepreneur Especially as someone who was bullied for years on end when they were younger, it’s very easy to get it ingrained in your head that you’re never good enough when you’re surrounded by successful people. 1. Quitting the Comparisons As a young entrepreneur, it’s easy to hop on LinkedIn, see everyone else miles ahead of you, and feel completely stuck, overthinking everything. ↳ Comparing yourself only messes with your head and pushes you further away from your goals. ↳ Different people started from different places with different opportunities; there are so many varying factors that make it completely illogical to compare yourself to others. ↳ I use a Chrome extension called News Feed Eradicator to keep me focused on heading straight to my profile. ↳ I use Kondo for replies and Sales Nav for outreach, reducing the need to go on my feed and get distracted. 2. Taking Time to Clear My Head Overthinking can creep in daily, especially when you’re constantly seeing everyone else’s wins. ↳ A 10-15 minute walk works wonders to break up the day and keep my head clear. ↳ No music, no thoughts—just pure focus on what’s around me. ↳ Once I get back from a walk with my head cleared, I’m refocused for the afternoon. 3. That Tunnel Vision Mindset When you realise it’s a pure game of you against you and that everything is within your control, the only thing that will push you forward is the sheer amount of work you put in. ↳ It’s much easier to focus on this once you’ve journaled and prioritised your tasks for the future that will get you from A to B. ↳ Break these tasks down further and keep planning ahead. Remember, there are only 55 days left this year. It’s time to start building these habits so you can start 2025 on the right foot.
