At the recent Cenex Expo, our team at Hadfield Services Limited, led by our Technical Director Martin Hadfield, had the pleasure of showcasing some of our most innovative technologies. One highlight was our 30-year-old multimeter, a key piece of equipment that connects our company’s rich history with our ongoing innovations. We also demonstrated ultrasonically welded wires, showcasing the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing technology. Another key feature was our common architecture programmer, which can program four CCA (Circuit Card Assemblies) simultaneously – a valuable tool for high-efficiency circuit board programming. One exciting concept discussed was the use of flexible PCBs, which are ideal for fieldwork. These can be rolled up and stored in a tube, providing ease of use for engineers needing to repair ECUs at a component level. Our flat rig attracted significant interest as it allows developers and cyber specialists to probe every part of a circuit board assembly from both sides, offering unparalleled flexibility for detailed technical work. We wrapped up by highlighting the self-aligning aperture in our backplane control board, which simplifies connections in complex systems. The feedback we received from industry experts was incredible, and we’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of engineering and innovation. #CenexExpo2024 #EngineeringInnovation #ManufacturingTechnology
