Happy Effect-iversary, Jamie Hunt 🎉 To celebrate 5 years, we sat down with Senior Developer Jamie to reflect and share advice to newcomer developers. 🫶 Do you have any favourite moments? "One of my favourites was developing a Colour Detection System for Camden Art Centre. We created an awesome solution where page colours were dictated by an image. When setting the primary image, the CMS automatically uses a Javascript library to analyse the most used colours and provides a palette (light to dark). These six options generated allow you to choose distinctive colour combinations for each page and makes the site standout." 🚀 Any advice for new developers? "Keep your skillset current. I use https://daily.dev for the latest in technology. Aside from that, always be asking yourself, is there a better way? And be mindful of the bigger picture when building." ⚡️ How do you stay focused? "Easy. Hans Zimmer, on repeat." Here's to many more! 🤝
