Earlier this year I took part in the Create Growth programme run by the Business Gateway Growth Hub and CDI Alliance Limited. There was lots of take away from the programme and a really helpful tool to allow to to reflect back on the past 15 years of freelancing and help steer the direction for the next 15! One of the stand outs from the program was the mentorship from Jim Willis of Bulb Studios. Having had a mentor like Jim was incredibly valuable in the creative industry. Through his experience and insights, Jim provided a unique perspective on navigating the challenges of creative work. His guidance has helped me stay focused and allowed me to really think about the direction I need to take the business . The creative landscape has changed so much in the time I've been working as a photographer and his mentorship offered both practical advice and the encouragement to take risks, explore new ideas, and ultimately grow as a creative professional. #CreativeIndustry #Mentorship #Growth
