Endeavour’s Outreach Team creates and delivers exciting activities that aim to get everyone excited about space and rocketry. We will work together to develop interactive workshops tailored to different age groups. Previously, we have delivered workshops in Primary Schools, High Schools and for charity youth groups within Edinburgh. This year, we also plan to extend our outreach to university students. A key focus will be the UKRoc Challenge, where we will collaborate with a school to help students build their own rocket, igniting curiosity and passion for space exploration. Doors Open Day 2024 done! We had over 2000 people through the doors at the Nucleus building including lots of young future engineers. They had the chance to learn about rockets, hyper loop, our work with Primary Engineer, the amazing new APRIL AI hub, and the brilliant remote labs...along with all the amazing hands on activities from across the College of Science and Engineering. What a brilliant day, thanks to the hard work of the staff and students to make it such a success. After three incredible years working in the technical domain at endeavour, I’m thrilled to announce my new role as Partnership Manager for the team. In this position, I’ll be focusing on building and strengthening relationships with key partners and sponsors as well as fostering collaboration with industry and university bodies.
