October marked Menopause Awareness Month, a time dedicated to increasing awareness about menopause and challenging the stigmas associated with it. But the conversation shouldn't end there. Avelon Thompson, our Head of DEI, recently discussed with Creativebrief the significance of destigmatising menopause and keeping the dialogue going all year round. We were thrilled to co-host our "People First Social" workshop alongside our wonderful partners at TikTok. 🌟 Clients, strategists, planners, and TikTokers worked on live briefs and business challenges, with a dose of inspiration from creators Toby Addison, Nicole Whittle, Yaya Onalaja-Aliu, and Lloyd Griffiths. The day was packed with innovative campaign strategies, brainstorming sessions, and the development of exciting ideas and executions. The event concluded with a round of shuffleboard and drinks, all while enjoying the stunning city views from our Rose Court office. 🏙️🍹 A huge thank you to all who joined!
