Yesterday we delivered an in-person financial modelling workshop to a talented group of students at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction UCL. Ramon Sequeira and Chase Chu, who is also a graduate of the Infrastructure Investment and Finance MSc (IIF), guided them as they built a best-practice financial model for a project finance transaction from the bottom up.
