Last month we saw another successful FAT sign-off for a TMG Impianti S.p.A. depalletiser for William Grant & Sons. Evolution BPS, were the trusted partner chosen by Wm Grant’s to deliver a solution for their fastest line, running at speeds of up to 36,000 bottles per hour and handling a range of formats including more challenging triangular bottles. From the start of the process the Evolution Project Team, TMG Impianti and Wm Grant’s worked in close collaboration to ensure the process was proficient and delivered the results required. TMG provide an extensive range of #palletisers, #depalletisers and cartoning solutions, suitable for the #food and #drinks, personal care, and household chemical markets. Last month some of the Evolution team visited Tweed Togs as part of our Company’s Volunteer Time. Tweed Togs provide a reliable, caring service for children from birth to 12 years, supplying good quality clothing to families in need, due to a wide variety of circumstances, across Tweeddale. They believe that no child should fail to achieve their full capabilities through want of suitable clothing, fitting with Evolution’s wish to support young people achieve their potential.  The Evolution volunteers provided some donations and prepared clothing bags for Tweed Tog’s latest referrals. We were all humbled by the care and consideration given; each parcel collated is carefully laundered and lovingly packed into gift bags. The bags are delivered to families confidentially via the referrers. Tweed Togs has helped over 2000 children since it started over 7 years ago and will be looking for fresh donations in the New Year. Evolution BPS’s field-based engineers are delighted to have successfully installed and commissioned a TMG Impianti S.p.A. Orion Case Erector at Loch Lomond Group’s bottling site in Catrine East Ayrshire, adding a 5th TMG machine to their portfolio.  Loch Lomond Group’s reliance on their previous case forming solution, paired with increased throughput on site resulted in their requirement for this latest addition, a twin of their previous machine. This automatic machine is ideal for American style cases and has the production capacity of up to 2000 cases per hour.  The machine can run in a continuous cycle mode achieving high levels of precision and constant product speeds.  The entire system is adjustable, and the format change is easy, allowing a quick-change time, this is key for the customer whose production schedule demands flexible and repeatable performance. Evolution BPS are delighted to have completed another FAT for a soon to be installed TMG Impianti S.p.A. depalletiser, at Whyte & Mackay. This is their third piece of TMG equipment, following previous successful installations of a gift tube depalletiser and high-level palletiser, Whyte and MacKay trusted Evolution and TMG to fulfil their requirements. The TMG depalletiser, operating at 150 layers per hour, is a technologically advanced  machine with fully automatic change-over suitable for containers of various shapes and materials.  In addition, the ease of use and versatility of the machine means that it does not require highly specialised personnel. TMG provide an extensive range of palletisers, depalletisers and cartoning solutions, suitable for the food and drinks, personal care, and household chemical markets.
